We all have looked at models in the magazine and wondered if we would ever be able to get one of these bodies? And, this stays the same for everyone, whether you hate your body or absolutely adore it, getting one of those abs on your abdomen is a dream we all have seen.

But one man went on to achieve it and substituted his belly for six-pack abs in 12 weeks. Yes, it did happen and it happened brilliantly.

Hunter Hobbs from Oklahoma, America, taped his journey to abs in 12 weeks and then made a time-lapse of it and it looks absolutely incredible. For his abs, he adhered to a strict diet and work out regime for 12 whole weeks. Including all of this, he started investing his time in a more healthy lifestyle.

With all of this, the 24-year-old brought down his weight from 202 lbs to 160 lbs and lost a total of 20 kgs.

Hobbs has 20 to 30-minute cardio sessions every day along with weight lifting sessions five to six days a week. But the major challenge was the diet which he credits for his transformation. He also kept alcohol and sugary drinks out of his diet and consumed a lot of protein through chicken, nuts, sweet potato, oats, and protein shakes. And, he drank a lot and lot of water.
