However, they are beneficial for health and do not add weight to your already existing kilos. Mostly made up of water, these foods have low calories, fibers, and proteins. No, we aren’t talking about tasteless oats.

This food is a treasure of health benefits and is favorite of almost everyone. A cup of Blueberries has only 85 calories. The antioxidants present in these berries combat aging. The gallic acid boosts your brain function. They are also good for heart and digestion.
2. Cucumber
This one is mostly made up water. One serving has only 16 calories. They have rich vitamin A and C. It also has rich fiber. It keeps your skin hydrated and also prevents the chances of kidney stones.
3. Tomatoes.
One medium-sized tomato has 25 calories so you can at least have 2 in one serving. It’s loaded with vitamins such as A, C, K, and B6. Tomatoes are great antioxidant agent and rich source of minerals. They also protect the heart and counter the effect of smoking.
