7 Tips That Will Help In Waking You Up Early!
Oh, God! How many times I have decided that from tomorrow I will wake up early and reach office on time but even after all those multiple alarms, I fail to do so. Every week I promise myself that tomorrow will be a fresh start of my life, I will rise early to make my day more productive but…. sadly that never happens.
I understand it’s not only me, everyone that falls under the category of 20-30 years old, just love morning sleep. Five more minutes in the morning, feel like more than a night and we love it so much that our brain fails to recognize that sooner or later this habit could make us lazy AF!

2. Bedroom Temperature Needs Your Special Attention.

3. Erase That Snooze Button From Your Memory.
You need to get this habit out of your brain because if you will keep snoozing then you will always have the hope that your alarm will wake you up in next two minutes and no matter how many times you lie to yourself it is harming your daily cycle.
4. Keep A Circle That Will Wake You Up And Goes For Jogging.
If you have a group that lives nearby you, you can all decide t do some early morning workout together. Make sure you all step out together so that no one wakes up late. When you all will keep this habit regular, gradually it will grow on every one of you.
5. Get Away From Your Bed.
Stop being a lazy lad, as soon as your alarm drops on your eardrums get up and get away from your bed. Because if you will keep snuggling in your bed, there are chances that you will fall asleep again.
6. Drink Water
Drinking water will help you feel awake and energetic in the morning. It makes your body more alert, there are people who opt for an apple or coffee but water is the best option.
7. Have Enough Sleep At Night.
There is no way, you are going to wake up early in the morning if you haven’t had enough sleep at night. Make sure that you are having at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep in the night. Stay away from all sorts of gadget that keep you awake.
