Sharad is the founder and CEO of Dexterity Global, which aims at creating opportunities for students from different walks of life and educating them about research, communication and critical thinking. They also helped students in getting admission in top universities and balancing the opportunities for children regardless to which background they come from.
He is the first person from Bihar ever, to be featured in Forbes 30 under 30 list. In the year 2013, he was also listed among the “100 Next Century Innovators” by the Rockefeller Foundation. On the List of the World’s Most Powerful Young Entrepreneurs, Sharad is the highest-ranked India.
Thousands of nominations were sent to the White House from global leaders who were creating an impact on the world and people around them by their innovative approaches. Sharad is the only Indian who has been invited in the event and still doesn’t know about who sent his nomination. However, he is honoured to be invited for this gathering of creators and innovators, and is all the more thrilled to meet the prime minister who has had a great influence on him as a leader ever since he started the company, which was also the same year Obama joined the office.
