To strengthen your glutes, you should do dual weight training. Use heavy weights, do squats, try machines, do lunges. Mix your routine so that you don’t end up exhausting your muscles too much.
3. Working On Hamstrings Will Make It Better.
The muscles in the back of your thighs are called hamstrings. Working those hamstrings actually tones and shapes your butt sooner. Hamstrings are attached to your glutes, hence they help in building a round booty.
4. Reduce Rest Time Between Your Sets.
If you provide enough rest to your muscles they will not become firm and they will certainly not lift. So you have to keep working and rest for lesser times between exercises. Lift heavy and take 30 to 60 seconds for rest, so that your muscle can feel the burn.
