Ranting about getting fitter every day and overlooking the fact that you really need to start somewhere will never get you results. The only way to achieve the desired body is to exercise. We don’t mean spending a fortune on expensive gyms and drowning yourself in sweat, nor are we advising you to take magic supplements to get in shape. We are just suggesting you t eat healthy and for god’s sake START exercising.
It’s better that you exercise at home as its a healthy habit to include in your lifestyle without being dependent on outside sources. You don’t have to spend extra money, you don’t need to make extra time. Just get up early, do a half an hour regime every day and keep your body in good shape. How?
We have listed a few exercises that could be done at home as well as they are pretty effective in a full body transformation. So read along.
1. PLANK
We are sure this one is even the favorite of the Man of Steel because it gives you a steel like core. Wasn’t that funny maybe, but true indeed. It also gives you stronger shoulder and tight abs. It is possibly the best exercise that is static. You have to hold a push up position without your waist and butt as long as you can and you are good to go. You can try the variations such as straight arm plank, plank with arm left leg, side plank crunch, dolphin plank, side plank, forearm plank, or resistance plank.
2. PUSH-UPS
The exercise not only helps you keep your body fitter but also enhances your circulatory system. Because you are using your own body weight in this exercise, every muscle in your body gets used while doing push-ups. You just have to maintain a straight line with your legs, and keep your shoulder within that space. Go up and down in the same position. Do reps according to your endurance in the starting and increase every week.
3. SQUATS
It strengthens your whole core muscles, builds your calves and of course, burn fat. You have to keep your legs apart standing on the floor and move your back while lowering it until your thighs and floor are parallel. Make sure you are facing forward and keeping your back straight while going down. The exercise also helps in maintain the balance of the body and increase your power and flexibility. Do the reps of 20 squats of 3 set daily.
4. HIP RAISES
You just have to lie down and raise your hip towards the ceiling. Squeeze your hip muscles while keeping your back flat on floor with knees bent. Tada! It’s done. It sounds simple but if done correctly it hurts like a hammer. It’s the perfect body weight exercise that works altogether on back, abs, and thighs at one time.
5. SUPERMAN
We all dream of flying like superman but we will leave that to some future human-mutant evolution. Superman position is perfect exercise to make lower and upper back muscles strong. Keep your arms straight and lift your head and feet, keeping your stomach flat on the floor and hold for 5 seconds. Return back to normal position. Repeat 20 times a day.
Do these exercises daily and you will be far away from putting on weights. These exercises will not only make you fitter and transform your body but also add up to a healthy lifestyle which gives you a glowing skin. Don’t forget to eat healthy!
