This one works for both, your belly as well as your legs. It tones your belly faster than Cycling. You have to lie on a mat and keep your hands behind your head or you can keep them by your side, completely your choice. Now, lift both the legs keeping your knees bend.
Keep your left knee away and bring forth the right knee to your chest, now bring your left leg close to your chest keeping your right leg away. Keep doing this as if you are riding a bicycle. You can either put back your foot to the ground or you can throw it in the air.
4. Captain’s Chair
This one burnt the lower belly fat effectively. And all you need to do this exercise is a chair. Sit on a chair keeping your spine straight. Keep your shoulders relaxed and place your hands on the side of your hips to hold the chair.
Bring both of your legs upwards. Basically, lift both of your legs and bring your knees closer to your chest. As close as you can. Then, hold it for five seconds and bring down your legs slowly.
