Anxiety is one problem a lot of us have and suffer from, however, very few people come out and really talk about it with others. A lot of time, this is because of the anxiety that leaves you with the feeling of being alone all the time and makes you believe that no one gets you. It makes us want to just snuggle into our bed, for an entire day and simply be like that. Without food, without human interaction and just with some good movie or songs or books.
