After all the issues that are coming out from Bengaluru, the people from the city can finally cheer about something.
Bengaluru has left cities like Silicon Valley, London and Boston in the race to become ‘The Most Dynamic City’. As per JLL’s Annual City Momentum Index (CMI), India’s own version of Silicon Valley has left the original one behind on the factors of economic development and the ability to keep up with the change.
After Bengaluru we have Hyderabad at no. 5th position, Chennai and Pune are on the Top 20 list. And, Delhi and Mumbai are in the Top 30 list.
The index judges the city on 42 factors across three key factors. According to the JLL, Bengaluru has the perfect ratio of research institutes and higher education institutes which create a solid and sizeable IT sector. As per reports, a total of 40% of India’s IT industry is located in the city which makes it a sure shot winner on the list.
