People often do bizarre things to get their name registered in Guinness World Record book but when you hear that a sports icon and two Bollywood beauties team up to break a Guinness World Record, it gets interesting.
Olympic-medallist Sakshi Malik, Jacqueline Fernandez and Kalki Koechlin joined more than 1500 women to break “Most people to hold the abdominal plank position for 1 minute” record. The event was organised by sportswear brand Puma’s ‘Do You’ campaign. The event was held on 6 November at the Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex and about 1,623 women participated in the event. According to the reports, Everest sisters Tashi and Nungshi Malik, supermodel Ujjwala Raut and musician Anushka Manchanda also participated in the event.
