Mithali Raj is being slut shamed for a group picture she posted, with visible cleavage, something that Indian men and their sanskaar can’t accept.
A female public figure being slut shamed for the stupidest reasons is nothing new for the people of this country. It seems as if the people of India don’t know how to mind their own business and let the celebrity live the way they want to live. How hard is it to understand?
There are TV actresses, movie actresses, cricketers wives and what not, who has been on the receiving end of this dubious criticism from people who just can’t mind their own business. And, now, there’s one more name added to this huge, never ending list. It’s Indian Women Cricket Team Captain Mithali Raj.
Yes, Mithali Raj is being slut shamed on the Internet for posting a group picture on her Twitter in which she has worn a tank top with some visible cleavage. Yes, you read that right. She posted a picture where her cleavage was visible. How dare she? How can she let the men of this country know that she has breasts and cleavage just automatically come with it?
And, what goes down with every female public figure on the Internet, even Mithali Raj was slut shamed for the choice of her clothes.
This is the image that Mithali Raj was slut shamed for.

And, here are the downright disgusting comments that people came forward with. At times, I think if this level of stupidity comes naturally to these people or are they trained in some special cells, just so that they can stoop down to such an invasive level.
Not Gud.Not expected these kind of pictures.Sorryyy

Now, Mithali Raj is not new to the slut shaming. Prior to this cleavage incidence, just a few weeks back, she was shamed for her sweaty armpits, another phenomenon that people are unaware of, I guess. But where does it end, or does it ever even end? Do we constantly have to come across instances like these ones, where female public figures are dissected to every inch, just because certain kind of people have the opportunity to do so?
