BCCI Announced Fixtures For England’s Tour Of India In The Coolest Way Possible!!

BCCI is actually getting really good at staying connected with the cricket fans of India through social media platforms and surprising them with their innovative ways to announce the fixtures.

Earlier, the dates for New Zealand’s tour of India were revealed by using the twitter accounts of Indian cricketers and this time they took to a lever further. BCCI released a video on their official twitter account in which the new head coach of India Anil Kumble and India’s Test Captain Virat Kohli are describing the schedule and explaining that how important this series is for India.

The series between India and England will be played from November 2016 to February 2017. There will be 5 Test Matches, 3 ODIs matches and 3 T20Is, starting from 9th November 2016, the first Test Match will be played at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.

The second test will be played at  Visakhapatnam  on 17th of November and after that, the teams will move to Mohali to play the third test match on 26th November. The fourth test match will be played at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai and final test match will be played at Chepauk in Chennai.

After playing the test series, team England will return home to celebrate New Year with their loved ones and families. They will return early to play the limited overs series starting from 15th January 2017.
