Fashion is like the Hedge maze of Harry Potter, to understand and excel in it, you have to be one of the best wizards ever. So while faded, ripped Β and distressed jeans are already taking fashion world by storm. The new trend have been introduced to keep you updated and you won’t believe what it is.
Yes! The Nordstrom clothing firm from America is selling fake mud jeans and the prices are high AF!
Well, you know what to say when you mother, girlfriend or wife complains that you are wearing a jeans that hasn’t been washed since forever. The clothing firm has turned this dirty jeans into a new trend and they are selling it for $425. That’s True! It’s 27,000 Rupee in Indian currency, people! I mean isn’t that price way too over the top for dirt?
Well, Nordstrom’s website calls it a “Barracuda Straight Leg Jeans”.
Β
This “Barracuda Straight Leg Jeans” is a heavily distressed medium-blue denim jeans that comes in a straight-leg fit embody rugged. It is an Americana workwear that signifies, when you work hard you wouldn’t mind getting down and get dirty. (Well, think straight, there is no double meaning pun here)
Now, I don’t understand that why would anyone who wants to be perceived as a hard working individual will spent a hefty 27000 rs to do so? I mean, that’s my point but by all means, people who think it’s cool, they can go for it but my idea of a dirty mudded jeans is a whole different and interesting from this one. (wink)
As soon as this fashion trend got introduced, Twitter too came up with its own dirty thoughts (think straight people), and this is what twitter has to say:Β
1. Seriously WTF!

Actor Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs (American television host and narrator) made these jeans viral as he spouted about them on his Facebook. He even advised Nordstrom over the description of these Jeans.
Now, in my head 27 Fu*king thousands are way too much to spend on a jeans that looks like, it hasn’t been washed for at least 10 years or someone wore it while playing muddy Holi in India but you can’t blame the vogue game changers. After all there are people who are actually the “Richie Riches” of the world and wouldn’t mind shedding this amount. (Well, you can also opt for muddy Holi option, Just saying)!
