Supreme Court handed Congress a legal win by restoring the government in Arunachal Pradesh and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi attacked PM Narendra Modi on twitter, and thanked Supreme Court for teaching Modi what democracy is.
Two months earlier Congress won back Uttarakhand in similar circumstances and now Congress recovered its government in Arunachal Pradesh. The Vice president tweeted,”Thank you Supreme Court for explaining to the Prime Minister what democracy is,” after the verdict of Supreme Court today.

The congress also said that Modi should apologise to them for “politics of defections and conspiracy”.
Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala stated in a tweet that Supreme court rewrote history, democracy won with thumping majority and the politics of defections & conspiracy of Modi failed miserably.

In another tweet, he stated that Modi and Amit Shah should apologise to the nation for trampling upon democracy & the Constitution and should take a vow to never ignore people’s will.

Today the Supreme Court restored the Nabam Tuki government in the northeastern state which saw the Congress emerging victorious. The Congress government also suggested that Arunachal Governor should be sacked immediately for impropriety and disservice to the constitution.
Meanwhile, Delhi CM Kejriwal also joined it and stated in a tweet that Modi should stop interfering in democratically elected governments.
