On Tuesday morning, Nepali former Prime Minister and Congress President (NC) Sher Bahadur Deuba met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi.
During the 30 minutes long meeting, Modi and Deuba discussed issues of bilateral benefits. They discussed concerns related to post-quake reconstruction and implementation of the Constitution.
Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar, Dueba’s wife and lawmaker Arzu Rana Deuba and other officials of Nepal Embassy also attended the meeting.
On Monday, Deuba met Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bhagat Singh Koshyari.
Deuba’s visit to India started on Friday, he came to attend a programme organised by the India Foundation on 4th November.
On Sunday he was offered the honorary Ph.D. degree by the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
The former Prime Minister is returning back to Nepal today.
