There are actors who charm. There are actors who sweep audiences off their feet. And then, there are those whose acting prowess generates endless respect. Think that’s all?

Wait. There’s more.

There’s Keanu Reeves, who does the above quite well and with, quintessential ease. He was the unforgettable Neo in the Matrix series. He was easy going slacker in the ‘Bill and Ted’ series. He was the guy you just couldn’t turn down- heck if you were Sarah- in Sweet November.

And that said, there are only a few actors who have played a hitman with the same quintessence and single-mindedness as they’ve played Buddha. Do you recollect the 90s under-appreciated ‘The Little Buddha?’

Now, back for round three in John Wick, a canvass of epic action proportions as only Chad Stahelski and David Leitch would’ve imagined it, there’s no stopping Keanu Reeves.

But make no mistake- there did seem a possible deviant that may have taken the famous actor whose name means ‘cool breeze over the mountains’ to a different path altogether particularly where it concerns the yet-to-be-released John Wick 3.

Wondering what that was?

Here’s what you need to know.

Not rumor but Hollywood confirmation has it that the famous Marvel cinematic universe had all but gotten Keanu Reeves on board for a big upcoming role that would’ve obviously meant fans being devoid of seeing the staidly elegant, dapper hitman, albeit one with a heart in John Wick.

So which was this movie role, you might ask? Do not be surprised one bit to know that this was Captain Marvel, a role that has now gone to Jude Law, the famous Briton behind such noteworthy films such as ‘Alfie’, ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’, ‘The Holiday’ and many more.

Now that Keanu’s possible collaboration has been shared, what do you think- isn’t it fabulous that the Canadian actor, one known to be behind many silent charitable acts all around the globe is back to where he belongs?

So are you excited to view the upcoming John Wick: 3- Parabellum? Well, here’s a word of caution. While the choice is in your hands, be sure, be very sure not to hurt harmless pets, right?

Did you get that one? Not a great idea to set the ‘Bogeyman’ behind you.

John Wick 3 also stars an interesting ensemble of actors Lawrence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Anjelica Houston, Halle Berry in major roles. The screenplay is by Derek Kolstad.
