“Salamat” is the first song released from the music album of Sarbjit and the song is so heartbreaking that it will string the emotional chords of your heart. The song features Randeep Hooda, Richa Chadda and Aishwarya Rai and the visuals of the song will make you wanna cry out loud. “Salamat” has the visuals where Randeep is kept in the jail and he is reviving old good memories of his relationships with his wife Richa and His sister Aishwarya.
The beautiful loving memories of yesterday’s when he had everything, his life was perfect. The little beautiful lovey-dovey moments with his wife and the sweet memories of his sister is tearing his heart apart as he is longing for all the happiness while he is in a jail of Pakistan. The song is so beautifully shot and put together that you will not be able to hold yourself from crying.

“Salamat” is beautifully composed by Amaal Mallik and heartfully penned by Rashmi Virag. Sung in the soulful voices of Arijit Singh and Tulsi Kumar, the song will make its place in your hearts instantly. Sarbjit is an upcoming biopic of Sarabjit Singh who was wrongly alleged for being an Indian Spy and kept in the jail of Pakistan. His sister fought for her brother’s justice though he died in the jail but it was proven that he wasn’t a spy. The movie features Aishwarya Rai and Randeep Hooda in key roles.
Directed by Omung Kumar, Sarbjit is opening in theaters on 20th May 2016.
