1. Highest Number Of Screens!
Yes, the movie will release on 6500 screens across India and it’s the most number of screens ever. Earlier, the maximum screens that any film was released on, was 4000 screens. 6500 screens is the first for any movie in India and that clearly indicates that Baahubali 2 will earn even more than the prequel of the film.
2. Earnings Of 500 Cr Even Before Releasing.
“Baahubali 2” has already earned Rs 500 crore before its release. The movie will be launched in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi in India and the distributors have already paid a huge price for its record. According to the figures revealed by Ramesh Bala, the Hindi version raked Rs 120 crore, Tamil version has fetched Rs 47 crore, the Karnataka rights were sold for Rs 45 crore, Kerala rights bagged a record breaking Rs 10 crore and the North American rights have been sold for Rs 45 crore. Although, the price of US distribution rights haven’t been revealed yet but it is clear that “Baahubali 2″ is clearly gonna make more money than the makers have thought of.
3. 50 Million Views On The Trailer.
The trailer of the movie had 50 million views, within 24 hours of it’s release. Well, now you can imagine if the trailer of the movie is getting a whopping response, then the movie will create a huge ruckus at ticket counters. This record of 50 Million views has not only left Rajinikanth’s “Kabaali” behind but also defeated Shah Rukh Khan’s “Raees” and Aamir Khan’s “Dangal”.
