We all know everything about Harry Potter and absolutely love it. I mean who can not love the Potterverse and the magic that it has? Literally, who can? Well, today we got to know that exactly 12 publishers weren’t so excited about the story and universe of Harry Potter.
J.K. Rowling has had a past worth sharing millions of time. She has a story that made the rise of Harry Potter even more worth it and one of the major part in it was the rejection that the synopsis of Harry Potter faced. Not from one or two, but 12 publishers outrightly rejected the synopsis of Harry Potter in 1995, exactly 22 years ago.
Now. celebrating the 20 years of the release of Harry Potter, the British Library has decided to display the hard copy of the synopsis as a part of their exhibition, which has been titled ‘Harry Potter: A History Of Magic’.
There are so many fans of the Harry Potter Universe who just can’t afford to visit UK, in order to see the exhibition. But this doesn’t mean that they don’t deserve it.
An American multinational publishing and media company has made available an entire book ‘Harry Potter: A Journey Through A History Of Magic’. The book contains a copy of the rejected synopsis that Rowling wrote for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
