“Mere Dil Mein” is the latest track from Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer “Half-Girlfriend”. Mere Dil Mein is something new from the makers for the fans, in comparison to the previous romantic tracks which majorly toyed with your heartbreak emotions. Another good thing about Mere Dil Mein is that Rishi Rich, one of Bollywood’s original rappers and mixers, has graced the song with his presence.
Rishi Rich’s “Mere Dil Mein” gives a groovy twist to the “Half Girlfriend” plot, and both the leads can be seen dancing to its tunes. However, the visuals do seem a bit tricky, at one point they’re in Delhi and in the other one, they are dancing in New York City’s Times Square. From college to basketball, everything is included in the song. It can mean that the “Mere Dil Mein” is an after-movie song, which might justify the mix-up.
‘Mere Dil Mein’ seems to be very early 00’s, with a really nice hook step will probably be all over dance floors this season.

The song also has few snippets from the storyline and has an unusual start which follows Arjun Kapoor’s highly memeable line “Myself coming from village area” makes the music and its video, quite funky. “Mere Dil Mein” is composed by Rishi Rich and has been sung by Veronica Mehta & Yash Narvekar.
“Half Girlfriend” directed by Mohit Suri is all set to release on 19th May 2017.
