2. Put egg, cheddar, parmesan, panko, and chives in a bowl along with the cauliflower and mix it properly. Add salt and pepper for taste.
3. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture and roll it into a tater-tot/pakora shape with hands.
4. Place in the air fryer and cook at 375° until it turns golden.
5. Combine ketchup with hot sauce, and after mixing it well, serve it with the tots.
