10 Reasons Why Your Hair Is Always Oily and Greasy

You know the drill. Hair has to be washed every other day because somehow you are stuck with an oily scalp that does the perfect job of constantly and quickly oiling your hair even when you haven’t done the oiling. This leads too much washing and too little natural care to your glorious, yet a mess of hair.

Most of us are bitten by this bug and not only it has taken a substantial amount of time from our daily schedule to take care of our mane but also leaves a record of your presence behind, on every window pane, desk and even on car windows. This is quite a problem that no one, except for the one who’s actually suffering from it, would understand. And, in a majority of cases, not many even know the reason behind it happening which is why we have decided to list all the reasons for public interest.

1. Natural Hair Type

3. Brushing Your Hair Too Much

We all know of someone who’s in love with their untangled and smooth hair, and for this, they brush their hair a little too much. When you brush your hair repeatedly, you keep re-distributing the oil from your scalp through the length of your hair. This gets even more aggravated when you already have naturally oily hair.

4. Playing With Your Hair: Reasons Why Your Hair Is Always Oily

Consciously or unconsciously we play with our hair a lot and each and every time you do it, you’re transferring the oil secreted by your hair to your scalp. Ka-boom, you have an oily scalp.
