Step 1: ½ a cup of aloe vera gel 

Step 2: ½ a cup of rose water

Step 1:1 tablespoon of rosewater 

Step 2: 1 tablespoon of alcohol-free witch hazel 

Step 3: 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

3. Apple Cider Vinegar Toner For Face

Toner with apple cider vinegar is a very popular type of toner that can be made at home. 

Apple cider vinegar contains alpha-hydroxy acid and acetic acid that cleanses the pore and gently exfoliates your skin. It makes your skin look brighter and even-toned. 

Technique to make this toner at home: 

Step 1: ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar 

Step 2: Freshly brewed non-flavored green tea

Mix the two and store them in a fridge. You can use the cool mixer by adding it to the spray bottle.

4. Green Tea Toner

6. Rice Water Toner

Step 1: Soak a handful of rice in water and leave it overnight

Step 2: After 14-16 hours, strain the rice and transfer the water to a bottle
