Honor 8C India launch might happen in the coming week, if recent reports are to be trusted and while is going to be the new addition in Honor’s budget smartphone lineup in India, the device had already been launched in China. This means that we have a good idea about what the Honor 8C is going to offer, however, its price in India is still a mystery. However, the smartphone is indeed going to be launched in India.
The Honor 8C price was announced to be 1099 yuan (Rs. 11,785 approx.) for the 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage version while the 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage version of the smartphone was priced at 1399 yuan (Rs. 15,000 approx.) in China. The Honor 8C was made available in Aurora Blue, Platinum Gold, Midnight Black and Nebula Purple colour options in its home country, while the same models are expected to be launched in India.
When it comes to the biggest highlights of the Honor 8C, it comes with Qualcomm’s 632 processor which has become a hot-favourite in the Indian budget smartphone segment due to efficiency as well as power. On the other hand, multimedia consumption will be handled by the 6.26-inch HD+ display, while camera junkies will also get a dual rear camera setup.
All of this will be backed by a 4000mAh battery which will help Honor 8C users get out enough juice for a full day worth of heavy usage. While there is no support for fast charging, heavy users will be able to watch online videos, play games for extended hours and still go home with around 20 per cent battery left in the device.

When it comes to its Indian pricing, the Honor 8C is expected to be priced between the Rs. 12,000-15,000 segment and it will be competing against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro, Realme 2 Pro and Moto G6 Play. On the other hand, the Honor 8C will be an addition to Honor’s new budget lineup in India which already has the Honor 7C, Honor 7A, Honor 7S, Honor 8X and more.
