Luis Suarez Leads Barcelona To 7th Consecutive Win Over Atletico Madrid

Luis Suarez worked as a life saver for Barcelona at Camp Nou. Barcelona was on the verge of dying when Luis Suarez rescued the team with a 2-1 win over Atletico Madrid. The Uruguayan striker saved the team from being kicked out of Champions league. In the first half Barcelona was taking its last breath in the game but after the break, the team showed one of the best version of Football game. Thanks to Suarez, Barcelona can still become the first team to win two consecutive Champions League titles.

In the first half the players of Barcelona were shuffling the ball around on the grass of Camp Nou like the Zombies of the Walking Dead but in the second half, their game became intense and fast. Atletico Madrid was playing fiery from the start but Torres got a red card and left the team with 10 men in second half. Barcelona took the advantage of Torres’ stupid mistake and hammered Atletico Madrid to their defeat.

Although Neymar and Lionel Messi both had the chance to score for Barcelona but it was Luis Suarez who stole the show in the game. He struck and made it 1-1 for his team. His goal gave life to the dead team of Barcelona and he played like a true game changer in the game. Suarez second goal gave a heart attack to the fans of Barcelona as he kicked a wonderful header. He turned the scoreboard into 2-1 from 1-1 and the team finally got the chance to continue their fight for winning the title of the Champions League.

Suarez fortune worked as a miracle for Barcelona. The team got a chance to go to Calderon next week with the hope of winning and reaching semi-finals. If the team played like the second half of this game, it should not come as a surprise that they lift the Trophy of Champions League second time.
