Whenever someone is trying to lose weight, they are given the first rule of a healthy diet and that is to quit eating bananas at any cost. Many consider them to completely turn around their weight loss calendar and can eventually lead on to increased calories in the body. However, bananas are full of healthy nutrients and a great source of protein, plus, they help you in clearing acne and making your hair shiny.
