Everyone has their dark side in them and this includes aggression. It is important to bring them out and to accept them. Aggression is part of life and our existence and is not a bad thing.

However, if the aggression is directed against other people or things and injures or destroys it, then there is a serious problem. Each of us has to do with aggression and anger, one more than the other.

The extent to which a person can deal with aggression is also influenced by education. Everyone learns certain strategies in dealing with them in their upbringing. Reduce aggression so that whole day’s pent-up anger does not get completely out of control

The term aggression comes from Latin and means ATTACK or APPROACH. Aggressive behaviour patterns do not only occur in humans but also in animals. The environment, which can increase or inhibit aggression, mostly acts as a stimulus-generating factor.

Emotions play a major role in this. Defeating aggression means directing unfavourable behaviour patterns in other ways to avoid escalations. For example, aggression can be reduced through sport.
