We don’t understand that feeling can be heightened with the situation, where one situation can be easy to deal with, another can be tricky or overwhelming. Most of us are scared to embrace the feeling of sadness because people have been associated it with negative words like sorrow or depression which makes us scared of admitting that we, in fact, feel sad.
