Ever since the arrival of 2017, Bengaluru has been under a certain kind of shade which is painting the city dangerous for residing. At first there was, every woman’s worst nightmare, New Year’s eve Mass molestation case, then the groping and assault of a woman took place which was caught on camera. And now, another video has started circulating on the Internet, two northeastern girls were beaten by their landlords over a spat on parking issues.
The retired school principal and his 56-year-old son were seen thrashing the girls with their other family members. They beat the girls with sticks and constantly slapped them, to which none of them responded. The police have registered the case against them and have arrested them.
This is not the first racial attack in the city, there have been various cases where people from north east and Tanzania were attacked and beaten up badly.
