While the past two presidential debates have given a very clear indication of who will be the next President of the United States of America, some shocking revelations have been made. Nate Silver from FiveThirtyEight, released a map this week which shows who would be voted by which gender and who would win if a certain gender doesn’t vote.
There are two maps that show how if only women of the US vote, then Hillary Clinton would be winning the elections by staggering 458 electoral votes compared to Donald Trump’s 80 electoral votes. This win would be a historical event in the United States of America and much more talked about than any of the prior Presidential winnings.
However the other map shows, how Donald Trump would be the next President if only men in the country vote. Trump would win with 350 electoral votes in comparison to 188 electoral votes of Clinton. While this win would not result into something historical, it is surely going to go down the line of how the entire nation made a bad decision which is going to affect the entire world.
Since Donald Trump has been elected as the Republican candidate for 2016 Presidential election, many campaigns have been started by various people. These campaigns don’t tell you about who you should be voting for, but definitely for who you should not be voting for. From celebrities to public personality, everybody wants you to not vote for some sexist, racist, egoistic, islamophobic or for a person who does not know how a presidential candidate should behave and what he should do.
However, these maps have taken yet again in another context than what they were actually meant for. Donald Trump’s campaign has come up and said that the demographics show what the country actually wants and considers themselves on the brink of victory (if no women in America votes).
We don’t know who would be the next President of the United States, but all we know that the women in the US are realising about the threat that Donald Trump is to their nation.
