Paris Hosts A Rock Concert Indoors With Proper Safety Protocols In These COVID Times!

At a time where the majority of the world’s population is stuck at home and wandering in the insides though wondering constantly about just how good it might be to be outside in the open, it’s rather emphatic to hear that a crowd recently participated in a rock concert and that too, without stepping out to a large open air amphitheatre or performance centre. Some divine and special occurrences can only happen in a city like Paris. For long it’s been hailed as the city of love, but truth be told, the French capital replete with artistic impression and freedom of creativity, where progress often follows pursuance of bright ideas, recently hosted an indoor rock concert.

Weird or surprising as it may sound, especially since these are days where one would rather keep away from any sort of public gathering, the French concert was hosted in Paris keeping in care all due safety protocols.

The attendees had sanitised their hands and all were wearing masks, breaching therefore no safety protocol as such!

Now, if that’s not an interesting piece of news, then one wonders, what is?

But in Paris, of late, there’s been a general change of sorts and on the bright side too. Cafes and restaurants have begun to serve the pubic at large and there’s a sense of renewed vigor about the city most love and wish to visit, at least, once in their lifetime.

Although, that being said, here’s what popular news platform WION happened to report on the indoor rock concert in Paris:

French rock band Indochine performed at a concert venue in central Paris on Saturday before a crowd of 5,000 fans in a welcomed return to pre-pandemic life, with the exception of masks and mandatory tests.

The show at the Bercy arena was part of an experiment launched by the Paris hospital authority aimed at assessing how concerts will be able to resume as France gradually ends restrictions imposed by the coronavirus crisis.

That said, some fans, who had been absolutely homebound and were just not able to break the boring tide and experience something freer and inspiring were purely delighted such as this particular individual, “We are a bit less depressed because of this. The fact that we can again see people, a concert, music, all that, it`s really pleasant.”

The concert, it must be further added, involved no fewer than 5,000 individuals but importantly, only those were allowed to attend who had undergone a COVID 19 test the week before and had tested negative of the malicious virus. Thus it was ensured that there was safety for one and all.
