Finland Looking To Develop New Workforce Worth 30,000 Individuals!

Finland, your most loved and often underrated nation in all of Europe, is experiencing a boom in the job market. Importantly, that’s regardless of industry or sphere of operation. It’s a promising development that touches upon multiple industries and sectors, all prominent to the idea and identity that’s Finland. 

And to be specific to what the future holds for tens of thousands of job aspirants in Finland, then it suffices to say that that the best days are just around the corner. 

The future looks very bright and it’s not one of those randomly concocted cliches thrown around to garner attention. 

So how’s that and what exactly does that entail? 

Some important but urgent questions though.

The end goal, however, as is often the case with many high aspirational programs or moves is that the protrusion in the job market is related to realizing a significant number. Although, this is a realistic one, truth be told. 

One achieving which shall define the contours of economic growth and workforce expansion in a country where each person is counted an individual and where large swathes or clusters of massive population are but existences in works of fiction with little or no bearing in real life. 

Having said that, the exact number, if it can be put that way, is that Finland is targeting to develop a workforce that measures upto 30,000. 

In layman speak, Finland is actually planning on hiring no fewer than 30,000 people in the next few years. That’s some number, right?

But as they say, no goal becomes an objective (to be realised or nailed) in the absence of a metric beyond which one cannot – and must not- deviate. So there’s a metric too in this highly ambitious plan of attracting a fabulous count of 30,000 new individuals into the country. 

The land, which Sana Marin is leading ecstatically and with boundless regard and passion has already changed notes with its Indian counterparts. 

By 2023, Finland is happy to have 30,000 new job seekers in its ranks. The entirety of the idea falls under the Finnish government’s programme called the “Future is made in Finland” campaign. 

Now having said all of that, what are the various dedicated sectors that the phlegmatic Scandinavian nation is aiming to grow in store with the news and other things! 

To that end, it’s great to know that sectors like data (new oil), coding, healthcare, life insurance are doing well and are expected to grow in the times to come.
