For the longest time in my life, not much was talked about death at my household, until the day someone really close to me passed away. For the 6-year-old me, it was somehow different, as to why my favourite person is not by my side and why had so many people came to cry at our house. I was then told that this person has gone to a different place, rather a more happy place, and would never come back.
Something of this sort has happened with all of us where we were not made clear about the whole concept of death, even after the demise of some of our closest people. However, much more difficult than this was to live with a terminally ill person who you know can leave you at any point of time.
End of Life Care India decided to team up with some people who are terminally ill and with a group of comedians. They decided to organise a stand-up comedy show for all the brave hearts who decided to participate in it, for their family members and doctors. These patients got to be a performer for a day for their near and dear ones and had an amazing time.

They came together and joked about death and life in the easiest and comical way possible. This is both funny and heart-wrenching. These people have given the true meaning of what it means to live a fulfilling one and even die with ease.
