Super Blue Blood Moon – The first lunar eclipse of this year and that too one of its kind. The scientists state that such occurrence happens only once in 250 years so, those who actually witnessed it live are one of those few people who are lucky enough to watch in their lifetime.
The rare celestial phenomenon which includes a supermoon (when the moon is unusually close to Earth, making it bigger and brighter), a blue moon (a second full moon in a calendar month) and a blood moon (a moment during an eclipse when the moon appears red), was last happened in 1866. The three lunar phenomenon occurred yesterday leaving the whole world taken by its beauty. Coined by NASA as a Super Blue Blood Moon, it was visible from almost all the parts of US, north-eastern Europe, Russia, Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific, and Australia.
People were thrilled to be a part of such magical celestial occurrence and while some only witnessed the Super Blue Blood Moon with their eyes, there are several people who managed to capture its heavenly beauty in the frames of their camera.
