Check Out How Amazing Kuch Kuch Hota Hai Sounds By This German Orchestra

Karan Johar’s 1998 film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukherjee is a cult classic. The film has stood the test of time and is definitely one of the best rom-coms Bollywood has. Almost everyone familiar with Bollywood at least once has seen this movie and absolutely fallen in love with its characters, storyline and definitely music.

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai has one of the most iconic music to it which one can instantly put a finger on, with precision within seconds of it.

Now, after almost 20 years, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai music has again started surfacing on the Internet, all thanks to this viral clip of a German orchestra playing the tune. Yes, the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra surprised their audience with the iconic tune of the title track of the film and received a thundering round of applause.

This iconic tune was performed at the prestigious Berlin International Film Festival where Karan Johar was representing Indian cinema. He even went on to retweet the video and tweeted, “Was so excited and honoured to see this! ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’.”

The loud applause at the end of the video says it all about how much the audience enjoyed it. This indeed was a magical experience, even though a short one.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is participating in the European Film Market from February 16-18 in Berlin. The Indian delegation, which also consists of filmmakers like Jahnu Barua and Shaji Karun, is being led by Johar, as reported by The Indian Express.
