Ramlila has been a special part of our culture and it certainly is celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm, which is why everyone should at least once visit these places in Delhi to see Ramlila at, in its realist and most hyped up form.

How many of you can remember the Ramlila and its existence? I can, on most days. I’m sure that most you will have memories from Ramlila where you would go with your parents to catch one of the shows at different grounds (some might go the nearby show, while others would go to catch shows at one of the popular joints in the city).

However, no matter where you went, we all know that it definitely was one of the most fun-filled times of your childhood. Seeing all those people perform on stage and narrating, one of the most taught stories, for everyone in the audience. It’s funny how everyone knows the start to the end of the story of Ramlila, yet they are gathered as the audience to just catch how differently or how amazingly they perform it this time. Everyone in the crowd has this over the top enthusiasm about it and no one can’t keep hush at certain moments, and things like these make the entire experience, nothing short of wonderful and remembering.

There’s something magical about the entire experience which is why it’s so hard to put it into words. But, as we all know, everything is gaining a pace that no one can escape, and in the run against time we all have missed out on so many things.
