Apart from simply being a wonder for tourists’ interest, these historical places store some of the most important things of the past for the coming generations on our planet. They have preserved the very essence of art in them, or else how would we ever be able to know about them. Because of how amazing historical places are to people, they’re usually too crowded to even visit at times. There’s a difference between historical places and tourist places, however, at times while travelling, we kind of miss out on this fact which results in the almost destruction of preserved history.

Lascaux caves closed merely 15 years after its finding due to all the body heat, humidity and breathed out carbon dioxide which started destroying the place beyond repair. More than 1200 visitors a day threatened to ruin the place forever, which is why the place can no longer be visited by us.
