Remember Road Rash? Well, if you were born in the 90’s and your was a teen in the early 2000s, you might have had the opportunity of playing a game that later inspired the likes of Moto GP and MotorStorm: Apocalypse.
The feeling of a badass rider participating in off-grid bike races while trying to pass police patrolling vehicles from under their nose, using a chain-thingy to whip people off motorbikes or even trying to kick them while driving, Road Rash was as illicit as it could have been in those days and the same theme was adopted by GTA (Grand Theft Auto).
Now, a couple of decades later, ‘Road Redemption’, which is the spiritual successor to Road Rash is here with the perfect blend of modern graphics, which means that the bikes no longer feel like pixelated blobs on the down the screen, and the old age nostalgia. While Road Redemption is still about a racing game in which you can pull up alongside another biker, strike them with a pipe, and then get taken out by an oncoming truck as you weren’t paying attention to what’s ahead of you, but since it’s the modern-day adaptation, Road Redemption now features, nitro boost, multiple guns to kills other bikers, on-the-roof tracks, and an even more felonious feel.

Out on pre-releases and being tested by professional games, the creators of Road Redemption has been updating the game for quite a while now and from what we can see from the trailer, it is going to be one hell of gaming experience for people from the 20-30 something age groups who are looking for a PC game that takes them on a nostalgic ride.
The best part is that Road Redemption gets randomized tracks which make it impossible for the gamers to learn layouts in advance and this time we would have to stay alert for sudden turns or detours full of power-ups.
Road Redemption will be officially released this October and once it does, there is no reason that this game is not going to witness a huge success.
