Vivo Y93 has been one of the most anticipated launches from the Chinese smartphone maker in India and while the smartphone has finally been launched in the country, it has performed really well in China in regards to the sales figures. Vivo has recently started offering more premium features in the budget segment and with the Vivo Y93, it is now offering the HD+ Halo FullView display which is considered to be one of the best display panels in this segment.
Moreover, the Vivo Y93 comes with a host of other premium features which includes the waterdrop display design that will make sure that the smartphone offers one of the best screen-to-body ratio in the segment. This coupled with the HD+ Halo FullView display will result in great colour contrast and resolution while watching high-quality videos. That said, an FHD+ panel could have made the deal even better.
On the other hand, for a long-lasting backup, there is a 4030mAh built-in battery in the Vivo Y93 which will easily offer a full day worth of use even if users end up consuming a lot of online video content. Although the 4030mAh cell doesn’t come with any fast charging support, a full charge will take around 2 hours which is more than acceptable in the budget segment.
The Vivo Y93 will be taking on the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2, which are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, and in order to compete in the performance department, the Vivo Y93 has been introduced with the Octa Core MediaTek Helio P22 processor, which is also known to be a great chipset for online gaming, if not the best.

While Vivo smartphones in this segment do struggle with shutter and processing speed, their artificial intelligence-integration can offer some of the best pictures in this segment.
