Perfect Pictures: Be A Wizard With Your Apple iPhone

Apple Inc has recently released a bunch of videos for all the iPhone users who struggle to click perfect pictures. Rather than coming up with better cameras, Apple has opted for an all new approach and have released five YouTube Tutorials.

Dubbed as “How to Shoot on iPhone 7,” the series consists of about 40-second videos that cover a range of iPhone photography methods for perfect pictures. This series was specially created for viewing on an iPhone as each video has been shot vertically coupled with some electronic beats, basic text, and graphics.

This perfect pictures series tells the users about some hardware functions while focusing on lessons on taking close-ups, photos without flash, vertical panoramas, selfies using iPhone’s timer function and action shots with burst mode.

Here are the five videos that Apple uploaded on its YouTube Channel for taking the perfect pictures.

There are a total of 17 videos that apple has uploaded on its website and all the above ones are those which were released on youtube.

There is a video that gives a tutorial on how to edit a selfie using crop tools that comes with the built-in Photos app, while another helps users to learn how to take a still picture while filming a video.

For basic tips on taking a perfect picture, there are videos that tell users about livening up pictures with unique angles, creating a “bold and simple” image, shooting during golden hour, techniques for capturing backlit subjects as well as sunset silhouettes and shooting in low-light conditions.

Together, the videos not only give an opportunity to teach existing iPhone users about their hardware and taking perfect pictures, but they also act as an advertising tool touting the camera capabilities. Over the years, Apple has been focusing on iPhone’s camera through ads, but lately, it has lost its edge against the likes of Samsung’s S8 and Google’s Pixel. Apple needs to do a lot more than just giving basic photography lessons to gain back the advantage it once used to boast of.
