Nokia Mobile, well technically HMD Global, has confirmed that they will live stream the product launches from MWC 2017 on their official Facebook and YouTube accounts and the company is expected to showcase not one, not even two but four devices this year in Barcelona.

However, HMD Global is hosting a pre-launch event on 26th January where the expected launches will be showcased. Well, the smartphone has already been launched in China and have destroyed almost every sales record but at MWC 2017, HMD Global will launch the International version of the smartphone. The Chinese version of the Nokia 6 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display, 1.1GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

The smartphone also packs a 16MP camera and an 8MP front shooter. Nokia 6 runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat and features a 3,000mAh battery. Other features include dual SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA), Wi-Fi, GPS, USB OTG, Bluetooth, FM, 3G and 4G, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer and Gyroscope.

Although, Nokia 6 sells for CNY 1,699 in China (Rs 17,000 approx), we’ll have to wait for HMD Global’s official announcement of prices it in India.

Nokia 5, rumoured to be the best Value for Money device from Nokia, is said to feature a 5.2-inch (720×1280 pixel) HD display, 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with Qualcomm Adreno 505 graphics processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Software duties will be performed by the latest Android 7.0 Nougat, and the Nokia 5 is expected to features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies, however, battery power is still unknown and it is expected to cost around Rs 14,000.

Nokia 3, expected to be a torn down version of Nokia 5, is rumored to offer a 5.2-inch (720×1280 pixel) HD display, 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor, Adreno 308 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. On the camera front, it is expected to flaunt a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. We also expect Nokia 3 to be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat and can be priced between Rs 10-11K.

Nokia 3310

This is the most interesting launch of MWC 2017 and it is expected to be the reincarnation of the company’s most dependable and one of the highest selling Nokia 3310 feature phone. HMD Global has saved this device from leaks but 3310 will be in the limelight once again this weekend. Rather than launching it as an Android smartphone, we expect Nokia 3310 to carry on the feature phone veil with basic multimedia functions. However, we also expect it to boast a never ending battery and colored screen. As for the prices, it is said to be made available in India at roughly Rs 4000.

Nokia was once the world’s biggest mobile phone manufacturers but the company fell behind with the rise of iPhone and Android smartphones. However, Nokia’s return to India is obviously one of the most talked about topics among technology enthusiasts and we also can not wait to get our hands on the new offering and review it to see if they live up to the expectations that Nokia has been subjected to.
