A video of David Warner and Quinton de Kock has been doing rounds on social media on Day 4 of the ongoing Durban Test between South Africa and Australia has taken people by a storm. Australian vice-captain David Warner can be seen in a fiery exchange with the home team’s wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock as players climb the stairway to their dressing rooms.
The spat was too heated so much so that Australian batsman Usman Khawaja and spin bowler Nathan Lyon had to restrain Warner as he fiercely shot the verbal barrage at de Kock.
While everyone is still guessing and trying to find out the reason behind this heated argument between two players, reports are that it was all the result of derogatory remarks made by de Kock about Warner’s wife.

Quinton de Kock allegedly made comments about Candice (Warner’s wife) after which the Australian Vice-captain lost his cool and exploded with anger. He was held back by Usman Khawaja and captain Steve Smith. The wicketkeeper Tim Paine also attempted to calm him down and finally to avoid further hustle, Smith dragged Warner away.
Reports suggest that Warner’s outburst was provoked by de Kock when he made barbs about his former ironwoman wife since his wife and two young children are on tour with him in South Africa, he lost it completely.
However, it is not the first time when Warner unleashed verbal spray on players. Earlier he lashed out at Aiden Markram after the rookie batsman played a part in running out AB de Villiers for a duck. However, Markram remained calm considering sledging is the part of Cricket.
