Indian cricket team reached St Kitts, West Indies to play a Four Test series on Thursday. Virat Kohli, the youngest Indian captain to win an overseas test series against Sri Lanka in 2014, will lead the team India in West Indies.
So far, Virat Kohli has won 5 test matches out of 10 as a Test Captain, 2 against Sri Lanka and 3 against South Africa in 2015.
Anil Kumble aka “Jumbo“, shared a picture of the Indian cricket team on his twitter handle and wrote: “Reached St. Kitts…long flight..@cheteshwar1 @klrahul11 @y_umesh Tour begins @BCCI”.
Before their first Test against West Indies, Virat Kohli and Co. enjoyed Beach volleyball. BCCI shared picture on its official Twitter handle of Indian players enjoying beach Volleyball in West Indies.
Apart from playing Beach Volleyball Indian players were seen practicing Yoga ahead of their first test match (a practice continued from last week as they did attend a yoga session in Bangalore before leaving for West Indies).
Virat and Co. will play four Test matches on their tour of West Indies. Here is the schedule of India’s tour of West Indies 2016:
