Sydney Thunder’s Jacques Kallis Bowled Best FINAL OVER

The match was easy, or WAS SO? Melbourne stars who were chasing 10 runs from 6 balls and none other than James Faulkner was batting and he is also known as “The Finisher” . So, Melbourne Stars were expected to win and snatch the game from Sydney Thunder.

However, Jacques Kallis’ best over saved the game and gave an unbelievable win to Sydney Thunder.  In the last over when “Mike Hussey actually looked around and it was a bit like rabbits in the headlights before it was actually Jacques Kallis who said, ‘Give me the ball and I’ll do the job’.”

Yes, it was the last moment change, Gurinder Sandhu was the logical choice, however the score of 24 runs in the 17th over, left Thunder’s captain in dilemma, which was sorted by Jacques Kallis.

Kallis has been an integral part of Sydney Thunder after he signed a one-year contract with the team for BBL on September 2014, the initial appearance told that the 40 year old former South-African Cricketer still got the charm and magic in his kitty. After all, this is the first time that Sydney Thunder has secured hat-trick of wins in the history of BBL.

However, he will not be able to field for the Sydney Thunder as his back problems have taken a toll on his health.
