ICC Champions Trophy 2017 is just around the corner and Cricket being a religion in India, it is going to be one hell of a tournament for everyone including the fans and the eight selected teams. It is expected to recreate the magic created by the ‘Mauka Mauka’ Campaign that became viral during the ICC World Cup 2015 and by the looks of it, it clearly interprets the emotions that are entangled with every India vs Pakistan clash.
The concept seems to the visual adaptation of ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’ despite the fact that there is a Porsche 911 in the backdrop. Set in Ladakh, the advertisement starts with a monk reading a newspaper story about a businessman who has decided to let go of all his worldly possessions to find peace. From his treasured belongings like a luxury Yacht, the Porsche 911 to the company he has touched the skies of success with, he decides to leave all this behind but the moment he sits for shaving-off his head, he comes to know about the India vs Pakistan clash on the 4th of July.
