Yesterday the whole nation was overwhelmed as everyone was celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi and the arrival of Ganesha filled everyone’s heart with joy and happiness.
Even the shops on the streets were looking bright as they were filled with mukut covered with rhinestone, thermocol thrones and flower loaded palkhis. A sweet and tangy fragrance were drifting out of every sweet shop and out of every city, Mumbai was beaming the most with happiness as it celebrated its much loved god’s arrival.
The arrival of lord Ganesha brings 10 days of enjoyment and also restores the faith of us human in good. As happy as people look while they bring their much loved god home, the traffic chaos does make them cranky.
Ganesh Chaturthi is for all and yesterday not only people like me and you celebrated the lord’s arrival but some Indian Cricketers also celebrated the festival with their family. While some brought Ganesha with full procession,others kept it simple and limited.
Indian cricketers like Rohit Sharma, Harbhajan Singh, Sachin Tendulkar and Ajinkya Rahane have posted photographs and you for sure will like the pictures of their celebration.
Meanwhile, Manoj Tiwari and Pragyan Ojha wished their fans and followers Happy Ganesh Chathurthi on Twitter.
