DRS again irritated the Indian side when the ball tracker took a decade to give a decision on whether Ravichandran Ashwin caught Joe Root in front of the stumps or not. The players were anxiously waiting for the decision but DRS took all the time and refused to show itself on the big screen.
The matter got worse when Virat Kohli lost his cool and aggressively asked the on field umpires about the delay. Even Joe Root, the man on the sword’s edge, went to Marias Erasmus to enquire about the delayed decision.
The wait became irksome for the players and when DRS finally emerged on the big screen, it gave the decision in favor of Joe Root, increasing the differences between India and the system itself.
Twitterati were more than happy to strip down Decision Reviewing System’s image and without wasting time, they came up with some of the most hilarious trolls ever seen by us.
Board of Cricket Council Of India finally agreed to implement DRS in this series after 8 long years but it seems that the system does not want to make peace with Indian Cricketers.
Talking about the match, Indian is currently playing the 3rd match of the India vs England test series 2016 and are currently leading the tournament with 1-0.
