It was only a day before yesterday when Former Indian Skipper Dhoni, resigned as the captain of Indian Cricket team and today the news flashed that Yuvraj Singh is back in the Indian team 15-man squad for the ODI and T20I series against England. The series is starting from 15 January 2017 in Pune and Yuvraj will play in an ODI series after a gap of three years.
The Chairman of the selection committee MSK Prasad said that he selected Yuvraj based upon his consistently impressive performances in domestic cricket. Yuvraj Singh recently played some fanatic innings in the domestic circuit where he also smashed a double hundred. Whatever must be the reason to pick the 2011 World Cup Player of the Tournament and include him in the 15- man squad, the social media didn’t care. As soon as the word got out, the Twitterati wasted no time and gave some priceless reactions over the return of Yuvi in the Indian team in ODI and T20 format.
