Increase Hair Growth With The Help Of Yogurt In The Easiest Ways Possible

There are many who can’t simply resist the joy of having long and luscious hair. And, while there are hundreds of measures that one can take in order to have healthy hair, the growth is something that varies from person to person.

However, there are brilliant ingredients that can help one in achieving their dream hair. Yogurt is one such thing, it is rich in fatty acids and vitamins which are amazing for hair and its health. It is also said to be an amazing ingredient to reply on for when you want a growth aid in your hair.

Benefits of Yogurt for Hair:

1. People who have dandruff issue can rely on yogurt as it has anti-fungal properties and soothes the scalp.
2. Yogurt also helps in decreasing the issue of constant hair fall and improves scalp’s health.
3. It has cooling effects which would soothe the irritated scalp.

1. Yogurt and Banana

Mix yogurt with mashed banana, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice and 3 tsp honey, and apply it on your hair, from roots to ends. Keep it on for some 25-30 minutes and then carry on with your usual shampoo routine. This mix would immediately hydrate and cleanse your scalp like nothing you’ve ever had before.

2. Yogurt and Aloe Vera

Mix, 3 tbsp aloe vera gel, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp Honey and 2 tbsp Olive oil, together and then massage the concoction onto your scalp for some 15 minutes. After this, keep the mask on your hair for another 30 minutes and then wash it off with shampoo. Aloe Vera, which is the main ingredient over here, after yogurt, has the amino acid in high content. It also helps in keeping the scalp healthy and is antimicrobial too.

3. Yogurt and Honey

Add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to a half cup of Yogurt and mix it thoroughly, until the paste turns smooth and consistent. Apply the mix to your hair, from roots to ends, and cover it completely. Leave it on for some 30 minutes and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.

This mix is good for if you want to control oil production in your scalp and want to avoid clogged follicles. Add banana to the mix if you have dry hair and strawberry if you have greasy hair.

4. Yogurt and Egg

Add 2 tbsp yogurt to 1 whisked egg to form a consistent paste out of the ingredients. Apply the mask on either damp or dry hair, through the sectioning technique and apply it from roots to ends. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes and then rinse it off with shampoo and cold water.

Eggs are jam-packed with proteins and would help you in achieving a nourished and healthy scalp. They also help in growing healthy hair, fast.

5. Yogurt and Lemon Juice

Mix 4 tbsp Yogurt, 1 tsp Honey and 2 tsp Lemon Juice to form a smooth mixture. Apply this mix to your hair and keep it on for 15-20 minutes. After that, rinse it out with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo.

This is a really simple mask which can be made with ingredients right out of your kitchen cabinet. Lemon Juice and yogurt help in soothing the irritated scalp and also removes excess oil from the scalp. All of this is basically the initial steps to have long, beautiful and healthy hair.

All of these ingredients are easy to find and these mixes are easy to prepare which means anyone with less or more time can resort to them. Hair growth requires a lot of patience but ingredients like yogurt give it a little nudge and help in keeping the process going on.
