30 Minutes Weight Loss Plan To Get Back In The Same Shape Again

It takes a lot of time and effort to build a basic ripped body structure, with numerous hours spent in the gym. A Weekend or Short Holiday including mindless partying and eating can seriously damage those ab lines of your stomach. In order to get back in the shape again one need to add a weight loss plan in their daily life.

If you are anything like me, you may struggle to find some extra time in the next five working days because of the stress, work and your partner’s blabbering, you hardly get some time to spare yourself.

So here is a 30-minute weight loss plan that can help you utilize your workout time to the fullest. Follow these and lose tons of weight in a short amount of time.

1. DAY ONE (at the gym)

Complete all of the exercises in a circuit for five rounds. Or rest 30 seconds between exercises.

  • Hack Deadlift-10 reps
  • Dumbbell Row-10 reps
  • Barbell Push Press-10 reps
  • Pull Up 5-10 reps

2. DAY TWO (at-home)

Complete all of the exercises in a circuit for five rounds.

  • Air Squat-30 reps
  • Close-grip Push Up-25 reps
  • Leg Raise-20 reps
  • Hand Crawl-15 reps

3. DAY THREE (at the gym)

Complete all exercises in a circuit for five rounds. Or rest 30 seconds between exercises.

  • Barbell Front Squat-10 reps
  • Dumbbell Chest Press-10 reps
  • Dips-10 reps
  • Kettlebell Side Squat-10 reps

4. DAY FOUR (at-home)

Complete all exercises in a circuit for five rounds.

  • Kettlebell Swing-10 reps
  • Kettlebell Clean-10 reps
  • Kettlebell Squat-10 reps
  • Sit Ups-10 reps

5. DAY FIVE (at the gym)

Complete all exercises in a circuit for five rounds. Or rest 30 seconds between exercises.

  • Back Squat-10 reps
  • Lat Pulldown-10 reps
  • Incline Bench Press-10 reps
  • Dumbbell Front Squat-10 reps

The good thing is, this weight loss plan will take only 30 minutes of your precious time and the bad thing is, these 30 minutes will be the most dreadful moments of your day. However, if you are focused on losing those extra calories that you laid your hands on and that too in the least amount of time, this is the best way to achieve that.
